An exemplary metamorphosis
The 107 rue Servient is ideally situated in the heart of the Lyon Part-Dieu area, and is exceptionally well-connected, with the tramway at the foot of the building and the Lyon Part-Dieu train station close by.
Sogelym Dixence breathred new life into this obsolete 1980s heritage site by giving it environmental, architectural and contemporary ambition.
The restructuring of the building made it possible to concentrate areas to optimize the cost of each work station. The 107 building has thus regained a modern and dynamic image.
