SOGELYM DIXENCE created a complex of technological buildings and laboratories over more than 18 hectares for MERIAL, the global leader in animal health. These buildings, with a total surface area of 40,000 m², were a turnkey creation. They include type L2 and L3 white rooms and distinctive technical features such as cold rooms at -40°C or oven/incubator rooms with very fine temperature change constraints.
