In 2002, SOGELYM DIXENCE purchased the Horizon Tower at La Défense. The building was technically obsolete, needed to have asbestos removed and was 80% occupied. SOGELYM DIXENCE opted for heavy renovation. A transparent and luminous urban beacon on the banks of the Seine, the entrance to La Défense, of which it offers an unrestricted view. Under the surface, it is packed with technical features, particularly the façades, which are covered with a ventilated double skin.
