I am proud of how far the company has come since I Created it in 1974, 50 years ago. The journey has been an enviable one for an independent, family-owned company. It has taken the shape of exemplary large projects, motivated by the constant concern for excellence and exemplariness. At the same time, I am proud of the relationships of trust and transparency that our teams have been able to develop with our clients, investors, users and public and private partners.

Hélène has more than 25 years of multidisciplinary experience in investment, structured finance, asset management and general management within French (Axa, Natixis, Cleaveland) and Anglo-Saxon (Archon Group - subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, Cushman Wakefield Investors) groups. In particular, she was in charge of various structuring and development projects for asset and fund management activities on behalf of third parties on the French real estate market.

Jérôme has nearly 25 years of experience in corporate finance real estate, including 17 years in Goldman Sachs' real estate asset management subsidiary, Archon Group, then in a Property Management subsidiary of Primonial, and finally at FREO, an independent European SME of a hundred people, specialized in investment, development and management of real estate assets, where he headed the French subsidiary, a portfolio management company approved by the AMF.

Leslie has 20 years of experience in real estate. Coming from the business of transaction and land valuation, in particular with one of the largest landowners, she was then also in charge of the implementation of the arbitration policy of commercial buildings in Sale and lease Back. Leslie continued with the responsibility of developing and managing the tertiary strategy of a large user, with the establishment of an Asset Management team and a task force by developing the project mode and the MOA to ensure the performance of this user's optimization plan on more than 600,000 m².

Jean-Claude CONDAMIN founded SOGELYM DIXENCE in 1974.
“I was 32 years old at the time. I hired a part-time secretary, rented 40 m² of office space and took the plunge.”
On 14 October 2014, approximately 700 guests were invited to celebrate the Group’s 40th anniversary. Their presence was a symbol of faithfulness, one of the key values of Sogelym Dixence: faithfulness to its employees, its partners, its clients, and faithfulness to its commitments and values.
