A new model of urban mixing

Winner of the "Let's invent the Greater Paris Metropolis" competition at the Pleyel crossing site in Saint-Denis, the Les Lumières Pleyel group, represented by Sogelym Dixence, is in charge of inventing a new way of living.

Bordering the North-Europe railway sidings, the Les Lumières Pleyel project is located within the Pleyel neighborhood straddling the largest train station of the Grand Paris Express, Saint-Denis Pleyel.

An exceptional project in terms of its location, design and scope, Les Lumières Pleyel will develop more than 40,000 m² of housing, shops and office space around a park.

The first phase of 481 housing units materialized in January 2023 with the acquisition of the first lands. The residential course is complete: social housing, intermediate rental and home ownership, without forgetting the concept of the BRS (Bail Réel Solidaire) on more than a hundred lots.

As the new entrance to the Greater Paris area and also right next to the future Olympic Village to be built for Paris 2024, Les Lumières Pleyel will also become a strong architectural symbol and true urban signal on the scale of the capital city.
