Mondo consists of the heavy rehabilitation of a real estate complex located in the heart of the seventeenth arrondissement of Paris, 5 minutes from Place Péreire and 10 minutes walk from Parc Monceau.
SOGELYM DIXENCE has been entrusted by Gecina with the mission of Delegated Project Management for this restructuring which represents 30,000 m² of floor space, 2700 m² of vegetated surfaces including a 200 m² agricultural greenhouse, a 550 m² business center and a 2300 m² foodcourt.
